Everything we do, we do custom to you, your needs, your lifestyle and your goals. This starts with your training program all the way to your nutrition plan.
For your training program,we have a full questionnaire we will ask you to fill out. We will want to know:
- What is your goal?
- How many day(s) per week are you willing to commit to weight training?
- What have you done in the past?
- Do you have any injuries or ailments we should know about?
- Do any exercises cause you pain or discomfort?
- What kind of access do you have to weight training equipment?
- We will ask you to send us a video of your training facility so we can design your program with accessibility to equipment in mind.
For your nutrition program we will want to know:
- Age, sex, height, weight, activity level and other variables
- What are you currently eating now (may require several weeks of tracking before adjustments are made)?
- What foods do you enjoy? Which foods do you not enjoy?
- What type of food do you have access too?
- Are you willing to use supplements (ie protein powder)?
Our goal before starting any journey with you is to get to know you. The only way we can help you achieve your goal is to know you on a personal level so we can help you succeed.
