We do not design “cookie cutter” plans. We have a full questionnaire we will ask you to fill out. We will want to know:
- What is your goal?
- How many day(s) per week are you willing to commit to weight training?
- What have you done in the past?
- Do you have any injuries or ailments we should know about?
- Do any exercises cause you pain or discomfort?
- What kind of access do you have to weight training equipment?
- We will ask you to send us a video of your training facility so we can design your program with accessibility to equipment in mind.
